London — The AI Education & Certification Board (AIECB) has approved the draft Cultivated Competencies Framework, giving UAICS’s taught-not-tested content a structure as rigorous as the certification layer: five domains and 17 competencies — spanning metacognition and AI-collaboration awareness, learning character, digital mental wellbeing, social-emotional collaboration, and problem-solving and creative disposition — each with four staged, observable descriptors mirroring the four teacher-training blocks. By Board resolution the framework now enters a one-term classroom trial: participating teachers verify the observability and age-fit of its descriptors through lesson annotation and classroom observation, with no grading of students. Trial feedback will shape the revised edition, to be formally published following Board resolution.
